Forked River House /Parking Lot Improvements - Forked River NJ Completed: 2010-05-30
This was an Addition to an existing parking lot. The construction of this parking lot called for a retention basin to be constructed, there was over 3,000CY of earth material removed from the site. Swales and berms created along with K-5 material installed in the bottom of the basin. Over 500 tons of DGABC was used in the subbase of the parking lot.

Taco Bell - Mays Landing, NJ Completed: 2010-01-23
Site Prepation, removal of existing asphalt parking lot along with curb removal. Earthwork, excavate and import fill to construct building pad and new parking lot. Utility Construction, Install six inch fire sevice with hydrant and supply a 2" domestic service to the building.The sanitary sewer included a connection to the existing Manhole and also supplied a 500 gallon grease collection pit.The drainage system consisted of 5 catch basins with 24" ADS pipe.Concrete, there was over 3,000 feet of curb installed and 2,400 square feet of sidewalk installed. Paving, the parking lot for Taco Bell took over 5,000 square yards of asphalt

Residential lot, scope of work was to raise lot to building pad grade using 100 cubic yards of import fill. Then installing ADS drainage lines from the building pad to the bulkhead and connection of the water and sewer connections which required dewatering.

Tap existing water and sanitary sewer mains to provide new 4" sanitary line and new 1 1/2" water line to building. Remove existing 6" concrete pad and pour new dumpster pad 6" thick for a total of 400 sq. ft. Build two sets of stairs for new doorways and pave all areas.
Lowes Home Improvements - Stafford Twp. NJ Completed: 2007-03-20
Demolition of existing sewer, electric, storm and curb totaling over 13,000 linear feet..Installation of new pavement added up to 37,332 square yards, the Removal of a 95,000 square foot block building was taken down, the Earthwork included the delivery of a 120,000 square foot pad for Lowes, while the cuts and fills exceeded 18,000 cubic yards. Concrete curb installation was over 10,000 linear feet, the installation of a water system which included pipe sizes from 6" to 12" ductile iron pipe totaling over 4,000 linear feet,There was 569 feet of sanitary sewer on the project the reconnection of four stores and two new manholes installed. Pipe sizes ranged from 10" to 48" HDPE with a total of 4652 feet being installed and 32 new catch basins installed, while 8 catch basins where re-fitted.

This commercial project has a variety of items in its scope of work. Installation of K-5 sand in the drainage basin, Subgrading of parking of parking lot and installation DGABC, Base coat of paving, Topsoil and seed to stabilize areas. Watermain installation, shut down 12" watermain to remove old valve and install new 4" gate valve and new 2" valve, then extend 4" fire line and 2" domestic line across county road to building site. Road widening, install county curb and widen road 7 feet.
